and credit checking of potential tenants, as well as negotiating the tenancy

service is particularly suited to Landlords who are abroad or live away
from the property, or simply do not want the 'hassle' of looking after
the property. This service provides you and your tenants with an instant
point of contact. Your property is regularly inspected and a full report
is submitted to you. Maintenance and everyday repairs are carried out
